1. Florida Cottage Food Law and Consumable Product Returns

Due to Florida’s Cottage Food Law and the nature of certain consumable items (including kava products), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any food, beverage, or consumable items — even if unopened. These items are not eligible for resale once they leave our premises and are non-returnable by law for food safety reasons.

If you have any concerns about the condition of your consumable product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photo documentation.
2. Returns – Eligible Items (Non-Consumables Only)

We accept returns on non-consumable products (such as apparel and accessories) if the following conditions are met:

Return request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase.

Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

You receive return authorization from us via email before shipping your return.

Do not ship your return until you receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any applicable shipping costs may be deducted.
4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us with photos and order details at: [your email address].

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, but may be delayed by bank or card issuer processing times. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

6. Sale Items and Discounts

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.
7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import laws, duties, taxes, and restrictions.

We do not issue refunds for items seized, delayed, or returned by customs, unless the full order is returned in original condition. All return shipping fees and import costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

We take fraud, abuse, and chargebacks seriously. If we detect misuse of our return policy, chargeback fraud, or dishonest claims:

We reserve the right to suspend future purchases, pursue legal action, and report fraud to law enforcement or payment processors.

Unauthorized or false chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our store.
9. Subscription Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges. No partial refunds are provided for canceled subscriptions.
